There is a beta version of a new, 3D browser out. I'm not sure what benefit there is of having a 3D browser on a 2D monitor, but it is an interesting concept nonetheless. You can download a beta version of the new browser from the main location. But if your computer is anything like every computer that my cronies and I tried, it won't work.
These directions, however, gave me a functional 3D browser:
A handful of people had difficult installing SpaceTime through a Firewall. As such, we have created a downloadable file which is available at the following link:

Please:
(1) click the link
(2) save the zipped folder to your computer
(3) extract it
(4) open the folder and double-click the Register File
(5) Than double click the applicaton called SpaceTime.exe
